How fast do I get my headshots back?
Retouched selects are delivered by 5pm the next business day — the same turnaround standard we hold for our real estate photography. Need same-day for a deadline? Tell us when booking and we’ll confirm availability.
Can you come to our office for team headshots?
Yes — team days are designed around your office. We bring portable studio lighting and a backdrop, set up in a conference room or open corner, and move each person through in about five minutes so the workday keeps moving.
Where do individual sessions happen?
Your choice: our South Austin studio at 820 Shelby Ln, or on location anywhere that fits your brand — Zilker Park, Barton Springs, downtown, or your own workspace. Location sessions inside the Austin metro include travel.
Can I use the photos anywhere I want?
Yes. Every session includes full usage rights for web, print, MLS, social media, and marketing. They’re your images — use them on a billboard if you want; ours have been on five at once.
I’m awkward in front of a camera. Will this be painful?
You’re our most common client. Sessions are fully directed — we handle posture, angles, hands, and expression, and you’ll see frames as we go. Seventeen years of photographing people who “hate having their picture taken” says you’ll be fine.
What happens after I book online?
Your booking request reserves your date and time. We confirm by phone or email the same business day, lock the location details, and send a prep sheet so you show up ready.
